These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.pennysarte.com (“Site”), operated by Penny Nanton trading as Penny’s Arte (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not, please do not use the Site.

All content on the Site (text, images, designs) is owned or licensed by us. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use only. Any other copying, reproduction or commercial use requires our prior written consent.

7. Online Payments and Order Acceptance

  • Payment Processing: We use Stripe and WooCommerce to process payments securely. By placing an order, you authorise us and our payment processors to charge your chosen payment method. We do not store or have access to your full card details.

  • Order Confirmation: A contract between you and Penny’s Arte is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud).

  • Prices & Currency: All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

  • Refunds & Chargebacks: If you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact us first. Initiating a chargeback without doing so may void your eligibility for a refund under our policies.

8. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

We aim to dispatch orders promptly and will notify you of any delays. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund in accordance with our Returns Policy. Digital items, once delivered, are non-refundable unless faulty.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The English courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
